Daycare

We are now accepting registrations for the 2026-2027 school year. To register, please fill out the request form and email it to daycare@emmanuelvictoria.ca.

Since 1975 Emmanuel has offered a welcoming and inclusive non-denominational Christian child care located near the University of Victoria. We offer two licensed programs to serve the needs of our community. 

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:15 pm. 

Closed two weeks for Christmas. Closed in August. 

Philosophy

It’s through play that much of a child’s learning is achieved. We offer a Christian values-based program, to nurture children in kindness, forgiveness, compassion, service, caring, love, mercy, grace and care for God’s world. 

Details

We have a Preschool program teaching competencies. The program also includes outdoor playtime, centres in the classroom, and nap/quiet time after lunch. 

Please note, your child must be potty-trained to attend Day Care. 

Please provide your child with a nutritious snack for morning and afternoon as well as a good lunch. We do not provide snacks or meals. 

We have a young children’s playground, plus a gym for a variety of recreational activities. We border on the Henderson Chip Trail leading to Henderson Park with a full playground and field. The children will enjoy the great outdoors as much as possible. 

Emmanuel Church offers a few Day Camps in the summer from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please contact office@emmanuelvictoria.ca
